How do I get started?

Do I have to know how to lift weights before joining?
No. You do not need to know how to lift weights before joining. Our coaches teach proper movement, help you understand technique, and guide you through the training process.
Are workouts high intensity?
Some workouts may be challenging, but intensity is adjusted to the individual. You do not need to keep up with anyone else. The goal is to train at a level that is safe, effective, and sustainable for you.

Can nutrition coaching help with weight loss?

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are generally not offered. Refunds may only be considered for billing issues that are reviewed and cleared by the finance department.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Can workouts be modified for injuries or limitations?
Yes. Coaches can modify many movements for injuries, mobility limits, experience level, or comfort. Always tell the coach about any injuries or concerns before class starts.
Does Gargoyle Strength & Fitness provide medical advice?
No. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or physical therapy. Our services are fitness-based. Speak with a healthcare provider before starting a program if you have medical concerns.
What is the minimum age to train?
The minimum age is generally 14 with parent or guardian consent. Younger participants may be allowed only in approved personal training situations with parent or guardian consent and involvement.
Can parents stay while their child trains?
Yes. For approved youth personal training, parents may wait in the office area or to the side, based on coach approval and gym safety rules.
