Since 2014, Gargoyle Strength & Fitness has helped adults across Auburn, Kent, Federal Way, Lakeland Hills, Puyallup, Covington, Bonney Lake, Sumner, and surrounding communities build strength, improve conditioning, and stay active for life.

What started as a garage gym has grown into a community built around coaching, accountability, and long-term progress. Our members include beginners, former athletes, busy professionals, parents, first responders, military veterans, and people who simply want to feel stronger and healthier.

Every workout is coach-led, scalable, and designed to meet members where they are. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, improved fitness, or simply staying active, our focus remains the same: helping people build lasting habits through consistent training and supportive coaching.
